Shipyard Operations Monitoring

Working from the yard's existing CCTV, VLM continuously recognises where blocks sit in the storage yard and at each station, the start and end times of lifting operations, stalls and waiting between process steps, storage yard space utilisation, and the position and movement of yard trailers and cranes. Operational events are recorded automatically as a timeline and located on the shipyard digital twin, so the progress production control sees is the progress on the ground, without depending on manual reporting. Bottleneck steps and waiting hot spots are shown from real operating time data; forward scheduling and capacity modelling are assessed separately.
