Combining AI container-truck flow perception with the shared port twin extended to the access road network, this solution upgrades existing gate and intersection cameras into a 24x7 proactive traffic monitoring and dispatch system. It computes gate queue length, waiting and processing times in real time, identifies illegal parking and dangerous-goods vehicles, forecasts peaks and recommends dispatch actions — so port authority, terminal operators and city traffic agencies work from shared data, keeping trucks moving and reducing the impact on neighbouring communities.
