Factory Worker Compliance

LinkerVision turns a facility's existing camera network into a 24/7 VLM-based compliance and access-control system. On live feeds it automatically checks that workers wear the required PPE such as helmet, vest, gloves, and goggles in designated zones, flags blocked emergency exits, fire lanes, walkways, or equipment access caused by objects, pallets, or vehicles, and alerts when anyone enters restricted, hazardous, or off-limits areas such as machinery, high-voltage, or chemical zones.

VLM output

In a warehouse loading-dock area, a worker drives a red electric pallet truck across the floor, picks up a shrink-wrapped pallet of cartons and moves it toward the right-hand storage racks. A second worker in a high-visibility orange vest maneuvers a manual pallet jack near the left bay and then walks with it toward the open dock door 02.

Customer challenges

1

Manual PPE spot-checks are inconsistent and can't cover every entrance or shift, so non-compliance drives injuries and audit findings; blocked exits and aisles are common safety and compliance violations that go unnoticed until an inspection or emergency; and physical barriers and badge systems don't stop tailgating or entry into camera-only zones, so unauthorized entry risks injury and loss.

Customer benefits

Consistent, audit-ready compliance enforcement with fewer incidents and less supervisor time on manual checks; egress and access routes kept clear to reduce audit findings and stop blocked paths from making emergencies worse; and real-time intrusion alerts that protect high-risk zones and reduce injury and loss — all complementing existing access control.
