Data Centers and Restricted Rooms Structural Integrity

LinkerVision turns a data center's existing camera network into a 24/7 VLM-based structural-integrity system. On live feeds it automatically inspects structures, racks, pipes, and equipment for corrosion, cracks, and damage, and detects blocked fire exits, aisles, and equipment access caused by objects or equipment.

VLM output

A static overhead/upward camera view looks down a long industrial utility corridor densely packed with vertical pipes, conduit runs, junction boxes, yellow-marked support beams, and hanging cable bundles, with bright ceiling lighting receding into the distance. Nothing moves and no people appear; the scene is an unattended mechanical/utility space in apparently normal condition.

Customer challenges

1

Corrosion and structural degradation is missed until failure, and manual inspection is infrequent, while blocked exits and hot/cold aisles are safety and compliance violations that go unnoticed.

Customer benefits

Earlier maintenance, fewer failures, clearer access routes, improved compliance, and protection of uptime.

Key features

Structural Health Monitoring (Corrosion)

Monitors structures for corrosion and signs of deterioration.

Obstruction Alerts

Detects objects blocking aisles, exits, or equipment access.

Before & after

Before Structural damage and obstructions are found through periodic inspections and may remain unnoticed between checks. After — with Linker AI Nexa AI continuously identifies degradation and blocked access areas so maintenance teams can address issues earlier.
