Data Centers and Restricted Rooms Facility Safety

LinkerVision turns a data center's existing camera network into a 24/7 VLM-based facility-safety system. On live feeds it continuously watches for early-stage fire and smoke in data halls and equipment rooms, detects water intrusion, leaks, and HVAC or coolant leaks that threaten equipment, and monitors that fire extinguishers and suppression assets are present and in their designated place.

VLM output

A fixed camera views an indoor industrial plant walkway where overhead pipes, valve manifolds, and vertical drain lines stand over a wet concrete floor. A plume of steam or vapor escapes continuously from a fitting near the floor by the base of the pipe rack, drifting and spreading across the aisle over the four frames; no people are present.

Customer challenges

1

Fire in a data center means downtime and huge loss, and early electrical fires can precede sensor triggers; water and coolant leaks near equipment cause outages and damage, developing between inspections; and missing or misplaced extinguishers cost critical time and fail compliance, while manual checks are only periodic.

Customer benefits

Earlier hazard detection, reduced downtime risk, stronger asset protection, and improved safety and compliance.

Key features

Fire & Smoke Detection

Detects fire and smoke early in facility areas.

Environmental Hazards (Water Intrusion & HVAC Leaks)

Detects water intrusion and HVAC leaks in the facility.

Infrastructure Assets (Fire Extinguishers)

Verifies fire extinguishers are present and in place.

Before & after

Before Fire, leaks, and missing safety equipment may only be discovered after sensor activation or during periodic inspections. After — with Linker AI Nexa AI continuously watches for fire, leaks, and safety-equipment issues and alerts operators as soon as conditions change.
